FAQ
1. How can I sign up for a course?
Fill in the Enquiry form, or contact one of our teachers.
"Alternatively, you can directly register as a client by clicking here. Afterwards, using the instructional video, you can book a session yourself, or you can write to us at esity@esity.net."
3. How do I enter the online class?
Here is the translation:
There are several ways to join the online class. The simplest is through email. You will receive an email invitation via Google Calendar (if you use Google Calendar, you will also find the class there). In the invitation, you can click YES to confirm your attendance, and you will also find a link that will take you directly to the online classroom. VIDEO TUTORIAL
Depending on your default web browser, you may be prompted to open or download the Zoom program. You can join directly from the browser, but for more features and a better experience, we recommend downloading and installing the Zoom program. It's like Skype with more online meeting options.
Is there another way? Of course. If you have regular classes, it might be more convenient to open the already installed Zoom program on your computer and join (Join a meeting) using your ID number. The ID is a 9, 10, or 11-digit number of the virtual room, which is also shown in the invitation (for example, the link https://zoom.us/j/884791815 has ID 884791815).
4. Do I pay when I cancel a lesson?
- You can make any changes as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
- In case of cancellation/transfer of lessons less than 24 hours in advance or not attending the lesson, the full price for this lesson is paid. We need to ensure a stable system for our teachers who have a right to know how they will
work the next day. Teachers might not use this possibility, but that's up to their decision and expense.
5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Contact your Esity manager or instructor.
Any changes should be made as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance, without any penalties. In case of cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance or not showing up for a class, the instructor is entitled to full payment for that lesson.
We need to ensure a stable system for our instructors, who have the right to know their schedule for the following day. The instructor has the option not to exercise this right, but it is at the instructor's discretion.
