Change of Zoom rooms due to occupancy

Sometimes it happens that the room where we usually have our class is occupied. If you find the room marked as busy, please follow the instructions in the video or images to ensure that you not only changed the location of one class but also adjusted the integration of your entire course with the student to avoid multiple classes in one room. 


In the top image, we see that the room is occupied at the time we want, so we will change it to another available room in the following way and click update lesson. However, there is one more step to ensure everything is prepared and correct. 

You need to change the integration in the details of our course with the specific student; otherwise, they will have the login link to the room that is already occupied. Here's what you need to do:

  • Navigate back to the course.
  • Click on the Actions panel and select Select online integration.
  • Change it to the room that we saw as available.

By doing this, the room and the link in the description that the student and you receive will match, ensuring that nobody ends up in someone else's class halfway through the lesson.
